This line is a semi-automatic assembly and inspection lean production line for ACB (frame current 1000A~2500A). The line adopts an L-shaped layout and integrates warehouse kitting, AGV automatic material handling, manual assembly, robotic assembly and appearance inspection, as well as multiple fully automatic inspections such as three-position / high-current / operating-characteristic / withstand-voltage / circuit-resistance tests, and links laser marking with robotic carton sealing and palletizing, realizing a full-process flow of circuit breakers from assembly and inspection to packaged offline, compatible with multiple series of fixed and drawout products .
