Not troublesome. Series changeover mainly involves manually replacing the fixture locating blocks; standard series changeover time ≤20 min; new-component changeover design target <5 min, with no hardware modification required.
02、How is welding quality ensured? How are non-conforming products handled?
The equipment integrates fiber-optic sensor inspection. Non-conforming products are automatically picked by the robotic arm to a designated area, strictly isolated from qualified products to eliminate the risk of mixing; the overall defective rate is controlled at ≤1%.
03、What safety protection measures does the equipment have?
It adopts servo precise positioning and constant temperature closed-loop welding control. All welding parameters are digitally fixed, matched with full-coverage visual online inspection, to ensure consistent and defect-free welding quality for each workpiece.
04、What should be done if the equipment fails?
On failure, the red light turns on, the cycle automatically stops and pressure is released; if restartable, press POWER ON / START to recover; otherwise press CYCLE STOP / INIT to initialize; if still abnormal, contact maintenance personnel.
05、How are maintenance and spare parts ensured?
Operation manuals, mechanical/electrical drawings, PLC programs, and a preventive maintenance plan are delivered; a wear-parts list and supplier information are provided with the equipment, along with maintenance recommendations for after the one-year warranty period.
