The Three-Phase Permanent-Magnet Motor Rotor Automatic Assembly, Welding and Inspection Line is a dedicated automated line for three-phase permanent-magnet motor rotor assemblies used in automotive micro actuators (electronic throttle bodies, HVAC damper motors, adaptive headlamp adjusters, etc.) and in small precision instruments. The line integrates core processes such as precision PIN insert mounting, precision three-phase winding, in-line laser welding, final assembly with dynamic balance correction, and 100% in-line performance testing. It covers the complete process from loose-part loading to finished-product unloading, is compatible with 2 models and has a design cycle time of ≤ 9 s/pc. It is key equipment for ensuring motor performance consistency and volume delivery capability.
Two rotor models; recipe-based changeover without complex adjustment.
Design cycle ≤9 s/pc for high-speed continuous production.
Servo press-fit inserts PINs at defined depth and angle.
Metallurgical bond at joints; balanced for smooth running.
The following are the core performance and configuration parameters of the equipment. Detailed values are confirmed at factory acceptance.
