Configured with SICK through-beam photoelectric safety interlock, emergency stop button (mushroom head), stop-on-door-open, leakage breaker, ground protection (≤ 10 Ω), internal temperature monitoring (≤ 45 ℃), sound insulation sealing, and other multiple protections, complying with EHS requirements.

On failure, the three-color signal tower alarms and automatically stops; the touchscreen displays detailed fault information and alarm count statistics (reset daily); material shortage automatically recovers within 5 seconds, manual restart required if exceeded; fault data traceability and export analysis are supported.
05、How are maintenance and spare parts ensured?
