02、Which mounting postures are supported?
Supports a total of 6 postures: horizontal, 45 deg, vertical, inverted, left-side standing, and right-side standing, with the rotation angle settable, comprehensively verifying electrical performance and operating feel under different mounting orientations.
03、How are withstand voltage and circuit resistance tested?
Withstand voltage uses the Nanjing Changsheng tester (2500V, max 5000V adjustable), covering between poles / phase-to-baseplate / between trip terminals; circuit resistance is measured with a 100A DC electronic constant-current source and automatically compared against the standard value.
04、How is the takt time ensured?
3 inspection fixtures (front-rear rotating withstand voltage + left-right rotating circuit resistance + horizontally fixed) operate in parallel, sharing 3 cycles and 15 actions in total, keeping the single-unit takt <15s per piece.
05、How are non-conforming products handled?
The barcode collector binds test data and connects to MES; non-conforming products automatically enter the reject chute, preventing defective outflow.
