The equipment is compatible with multiple small-box specifications and carton sizes; changing products only requires calling the corresponding recipe and adjusting a small number of mechanisms, enabling fast and convenient changeover; special sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
04、Are the case-packing and case-sealing methods selectable?
The case-packing method supports suction-cup gripping type / box-pushing type, and the case-sealing method supports tape case sealing / hot-melt adhesive case sealing, all selectable as required; processes such as weighing inspection and labeling and coding can also be optionally added.
05、How is the equipment managed? Can it interface with the factory information system?
Intelligent control via PLC and touchscreen, with automatic case-packing output counting and fault self-diagnosis alarm prompts; it can interface with the MES system and upstream/downstream equipment, and together with the weighing and labeling function, lays the foundation for subsequent inbound palletizing and WMS system integration.
