The MCB18 1-63A semi-automatic assembly line is compatible with the full 1-63A current range and covers 9 types (2 colors), 4 handle colors, and 4 arc-chute types (different lengths and heights); through processes such as bowl feeder feeding, 4-axis robot assembly, CCD vision inspection, and continuity / trip detection, it automatically performs the entire assembly process—cover opening, main-shaft installation, adjustment-screw installation, mechanism installation, handle torsion-spring and handle installation, arc-chute installation, cover closing, and full-parts inspection.
