The MCB Instantaneous Trip Test Equipment (Magnetic Trip Test Unit) is a key electrical-performance test station of the miniature circuit breaker automated test line, used to verify whether the MCB instantaneous (electromagnetic) trip characteristic complies with the IEC 60898 standard. The equipment adopts a standard sinusoidal-wave high-current source and, in two stages-single-pole (semi-finished) and multi-pole (finished)-verifies trip accuracy through the dual critical-point checks of 1.2×In must trip and 0.8×In must not trip, together with DMC code scanning for parameter setting, pneumatic-cylinder assistance, and four-channel sorting, realizing unattended 'energize-judge-sort' operation with a single-pole cycle time ≤ 1.5 s, seamlessly embeddable into the overall line.
1.2×In must trip; 0.8×In must not trip.
6A–1000A pure sine output, tolerance ±3%.
Precise capture of the trip instant for reliable judgment.
Auto current-multiplier matching; one unit for many specifications.
The following are the core performance and configuration parameters of the equipment; actual indicators are subject to factory acceptance.
