This line is an integrated assembly and post-processing line for automatic production of motor stator and rotor assemblies. It covers the complete process from component weighing and pairing, glue-dot inspection, precision stacking assembly and laser coding, to robotic automatic unloading, heat curing, cooling, finished-part dimensional measurement and clean packaging, achieving integrated manufacturing of stator and rotor core parts from loose parts to finished products. The line uses a parallel layout of “one main assembly line + two semi-finished-part transfer lines”, with the dust zone and the clean zone physically separated. The design cycle time is ≤2 min/pc, which meets the strict cleanliness and process-environment requirements of motor core parts.
Stator and rotor lines run independently, raising overall output.
Cores weighed and matched by algorithm, ensuring dynamic balance.
Checks gluing position, volume and shape; prevents hidden defects.
Laser QR code binds weighing, gluing and curing data.
The following are the core performance and configuration parameters of the equipment. Actual values are confirmed at factory acceptance.
Parameter | Value |
Line configuration | 1 × stator/rotor automatic assembly section + 1 × rotor semi-finished-part processing line + 1 × stator semi-finished-part processing line |
Cycle time | ≤ 2 min/pc (including assembly, curing and packaging) |
Assembly section process | Weighing and pairing → glue-dot inspection → precision stacking → laser coding → robotic automatic unloading |
Post-processing process | Heat curing → cooling → finished-part dimensional measurement → clean packaging |
Material transfer | AGV or manual trolley; independent transfer between the assembly section and the curing section |
Weighing and pairing | High-precision weighing + weight-matching algorithm for optimal pairing, ensuring dynamic balance |
Glue-dot inspection | In-line vision check of gluing position, glue volume and glue shape; prevents missing/offset glue |
Stacking process | Automatic stacking of stamped sheets/laminations with consistent stack height and pressing force |
In-line inspection items | Core weight, glue-dot judgment, curing temperature curve, and key dimensions such as inner/outer diameter, height and coaxiality |
Marking and traceability | Laser coding assigns a unique permanent QR code; inspection data of all processes are bound to it throughout |
IT interface | MES communication interface provided; supports recipe management, data upload and remote monitoring |
Robotic unloading | Multi-axis robot automatically picks and places parts into transfer fixtures, reducing manual intervention |
Layout | Main line + dual branch lines in parallel; stator and rotor lines run independently without mutual interference |
Environmental adaptability | Assembly clean zone and curing dust zone designed as separate, isolated areas |
Cleanliness assurance | Dust zone and clean zone physically separated to meet the cleanliness requirements of core parts |
