The MCCB Mechanical Characteristics Detection Unit performs fully automatic, multi-posture, multi-cycle inspection of the motor-operated characteristics of molded case circuit breakers, ensuring that the reset / close / open / shunt-trip-lever trip actions comply with standards, and preventing unreliable products from entering downstream processes at the source. The equipment automatically applies 12V to phases A/B/C/N, executes 3 cycles and 15 actions in total according to a standard sequence, with 3 fixtures operating in parallel, the rotation angle settable, test data bound to barcodes and connected directly to MES, and non-conforming products automatically rejected.
