02、How fast is the packaging speed? Will it affect the overall line throughput?
Packaging speed up to 20 boxes/min; the entire process from feeding to finished-product output is completed automatically, greatly reducing labor input. It can also be linked with upstream assembly and inspection lines to realize full-process automation from assembly to packaging.
03、How to prevent missing or incorrect packing?
The equipment adopts high-precision counting sensors and vision inspection technology to automatically verify the product quantity in each box and accessories such as the manual, certificate of conformity, and partition, and gives timely alarms on abnormalities, effectively preventing missing or incorrect packing.
04、What if the carton size changes? Are box-sealing and labeling methods optional?
The applicable carton size can be customized according to customer requirements; box sealing supports tape sealing / hot-melt adhesive sealing, and labeling supports self-adhesive labeling / coding, all selectable as required.
