MCCB Assembly and Testing Line

This  is a  automated assembly and inspection line for the MCCB 3P series (frame rating 125 A, rated current 10–125 A).The line adopts a U-shaped fully automatic layout, integrating a sub-assembly section, mechanism assembly section, final assembly and test section, and packaging section. It consists of 25 automated assembly and inspection stations and 7 sub-assembly units, covering the full process from base loading, mechanism assembly, laser welding, electrical testing,  calibration  and case packing. It is suitable for the high-volume stable production of MCCB 3-pole series products.

The following are the core performance and configuration parameters of the NDM3-125C MCCB automatic production line; actual values are subject to factory acceptance.
