The ACB Lean 3.0 assembly and inspection production line adopts a semi-automatic mode with an L-shaped layout, covering the complete production process from assembly and inspection through to final packaging and off-line delivery of the circuit breakers.
The line's material flow follows the model of "centralized kitting from warehouse → AGV automatic pallet transfer to line → accumulating roller conveyor circulation → automatic inspection at each inspection station → robotic case sealing and palletizing off-line". Each fixture plate is equipped with an RFID tag. At the first station of body assembly, an operator scans the product QR code and binds it to the RFID. Each inspection station automatically identifies the product model by reading the RFID and calls the corresponding test program, enabling full-process product information traceability. The line structure is robust, with a total load capacity of no less than 5 tonnes (individual product weight no less than 100 kg).
The line is applicable to 11 different series of air circuit breakers from the customer, covering three frame sizes (1000/1600/2000) and fixed-type and drawout-type products with current ratings of 1000A–2500A. The primary copper busbar supports both horizontal and vertical mounting; the secondary wiring is configured with dedicated fixtures according to the type of secondary terminal and features automatic identification and error-proofing.
