Equipment Overview

The automated assembly line is an integrated assembly line for multi-model small actuators, using a linear layout + tray-fixture circulation mode, compatible with co-production of many part types — 6 housing types, 13 shaft types, 2 gear types and multi-spec nozzle rings. The line consists of 12 process stations: housing loading, multi-station metered grease injection, pinion assembly, shaft-gear loading & assembly, shaft-gear screwing, motor-PCBA pre-assembly, core-module final assembly, end-cap loading, nozzle-ring assembly, EOL full-function electrical testing, laser coding and manual packaging. Complete process flow: housing loading & ESD cleaning → 1-point grease injection → pinion press-fitting → 3-point grease injection → shaft/gear loading & positioning → shaft greasing + servo screwing → shaft-gear assembly into housing → motor + PCBA scan-code pre-press (force-displacement monitoring) → motor core assembly into housing → end-cap identification & press-fit → automatic nozzle-ring assembly → EOL full electrical-function test (PWM / multi-voltage conditions, current & displacement acquisition) → laser coding (NG parts marked defective) → manual visual re-inspection, scan-code weighing & packaging.
