Equipment Overview

The line is an integrated automated production line for rotor/stator laminated cores covering post-stamping stacking, dispensing, curing, cooling and full-dimensional inspection. It connects to upstream punch-press discharge and is compatible with both rotor and stator core co-production. The line consists of a post-stamping robot stacking & palletizing workstation, an accumulating-chain circulating conveyor, servo-pressurization fixture units, high-frequency heating curing units, an industrial-AC cooling unit, multi-station comprehensive inspection units, dedusting/cleaning, weighing, automatic oil spraying and finished-product packaging stations; it is equipped with KUKA robots, 50 kg assist arms, a high-frequency heating system, multi-station cooling, multiple vision systems, laser cleaning and multi-dimensional in-line gauges, and adopts a scan-code Data-Matrix-Code unique-per-unit binding scheme.

Process flow: automatic pick-up of punch-press incoming material → weighing and visual inspection of glue dots → laser coding and code scanning → vision-based angular orientation → segmented stacking of cores → robot palletizing & transfer; manual fixture assembly & loading assisted by assist arms → servo-cylinder pressurization & locking, flatness inspection → high-frequency heating curing (8 stations for rotors, 10 for stators, with reserved expansion stations) → closed-loop industrial-AC cooling (15 cooling stations; discharged product temperature below 40 °C); automatic fixture removal, cores transferred to the inspection line, completing in turn scanning, height, inner diameter, outer-diameter profile, slot holes, mounting-hole go-gauge, glue-overflow visual inspection, laser cleaning, dedusting, weighing and automatic oil spraying; defective products are automatically diverted to the NG area, and conforming products are packaged and put into storage.
