This assembly & inspection line is a highly flexible intelligent line dedicated to the volume production of CDC (Continuous Damping Control) solenoid-valve dampers, fully compatible with damper products of the two mainstream technical routes — internal valves and external valves. The line integrates the full-process flow from core valve-system assembly and damper strut-assembly to finished-product final inspection, suitable for the volume manufacturing of key components of NEV and mid-to-high-end passenger-car electronically controlled suspension systems.
