The discharge connector produced by this line is a critical safety component of NEV traction-battery systems. Its main function is to provide a safe and reliable high-voltage circuit-interruption interface during vehicle maintenance, emergency power-off or battery-pack recycling/disposal. Through this discharge connector, operators can safely release the residual electric energy in the system after the high-voltage circuit is cut off, effectively avoiding electric-shock risks and ensuring the safety and convenience of maintenance work on the vehicle's high-voltage system.
This equipment is a fully/half-automatic assembly & inspection production line dedicated to the volume production of NEV high-voltage discharge connectors. The line integrates core processes such as automated pre-assembly, precision soldering, hot-plate welding, in-line performance testing and laser-identification traceability, committed to meeting the stringent requirements of discharge connectors for electrical reliability, sealing consistency and production traceability, and is one of the key systems in the field of NEV high-voltage connector manufacturing.
Through the above full-process control, non-conforming products are prevented from flowing into downstream processes, achieving the quality objective of 100% conforming products off the line.
