The dual-power-source automatic assembly & inspection line performs automatic assembly of the controller, circuit breaker and interlock mechanism of dual-power-source products, together with withstand-voltage testing, mechanical operation, voltage-performance testing, on-line aging, terminal-screw assembly, automatic off-line and packaging. The line adopts a friction-roller and accumulating-chain conveyor system; products are positioned and assembled on fixture plates, realizing automated material flow and automated product inspection across the whole line. It can simultaneously accommodate several different frame-size products, and is equipped with a host computer system enabling production data to seamlessly interface in real time with the customer's ERP, MES and other data-management systems.
