The vacuum interrupter automatic experiment & inspection platform consists of three core parts: the automated conveyor line, the integrated self-closing-force / reaction-force & loop-resistance test platform, and the mechanical aging platform. It accommodates the full range of 252 kV vacuum interrupters with diameters of 150–400 mm and heights of 450–1,400 mm, and integrates core processes such as flange spinning, product conveyance & transfer, mechanical aging, self-closing/reaction-force testing and loop-resistance testing — realizing the integrated automated operation of the interrupter from loading/unloading and spin-assembly through mechanical-aging endurance testing, mechanical-performance testing and electrical-performance testing to data storage and traceability.
The line uses a roller conveyor, with overall dimensions of 16,000 × 3,500 × 2,200 mm, a conveyor surface 300 mm above the floor, and feet adjustable by ±25 mm; the material-flow direction faces the operator from left to right. Two assist robotic arms handle product transfer; the accumulating chain is controlled with independent start/stop per segment, enabling automatic docking of each test station with the line and automatic loading/unloading, with data interlocks between stations. A QR-code scanner identifies products and automatically calls the corresponding test recipe parameters; a line-level MES system and digital display board are installed, and the line can interface with the factory ERP system.
