This equipment is a fully automatic laser-cleaning machine dedicated to the surface treatment of electronic-component electrodes, mainly applied in processes such as oxide-layer removal and tin-layer re-melting & leveling for bottom and side electrodes of products in fields such as EV-charger power modules. Through precise scanning with a high-energy laser beam, it effectively removes tin-layer oxide dirt from electrode surfaces while re-distributing the tin layer evenly, markedly improving subsequent tinning and solder-wicking effects, with almost no damage to the electrode plating — a key pre-treatment system that guarantees product soldering reliability and electrical conduction performance.
