This line is an intelligent Module & PACK production line for energy-storage battery packs. A single battery pack consists of 3 modules and 42 cells of 80 Ah / 3.2 V, with a total pack power of about 10 kWh, compatible with both residential and station energy-storage products. Divided by production characteristics into three zones — the module section, the welding section and the PACK section — the line has 39 stations in total: the module and welding sections use a double-deck accumulating chain with automatic fixture-plate return flow, while the PACK section uses AGV-tractor flow; the whole line realizes cell-code—module-code—PACK-code binding traceability via MES, with each station's inspection data uploaded in real time.
