The angled 5-hole automatic assembly line is compatible with the customer's multiple product models for quick changeover without hardware-part replacement, supporting one-click switchover. The line is built by combining newly customized units with the customer's existing equipment, covering automatic assembly of mounting brackets, two/three-pin shutters and shutter springs, automatic combination of base / L-N-E pole contact-sleeve assemblies, pressing of bracket to base, insertion/extraction-force & continuity-performance testing, automatic angled-5-hole faceplate assembly, plus laser marking, manual full inspection, screw assembly and blister-packaging stations. The line uses traveling carriers on a slat chain with transfer-fork conveyance and integrates multiple visual-inspection stations to identify missing/incorrect assembly and appearance defects with automatic NG rejection, completing the full process of sockets from component loading, assembly and performance testing to marking and finished-product packaging.
