The switch automatic assembly & packaging line is a full-process automated assembly line for switch products, compatible with the CD210S, CD815 and CD215 series of one-gang / two-gang switches, and supporting single-control and double-control multi-variety materials with one-click model changeover without part replacement. The line integrates automatic assembly of components such as base, conductive parts, fixed contacts, moving contact blades, mounting brackets, spring seats, sliders, springs and faceplates, and incorporates automatic continuity testing, full inspection, laser marking, automatic screw bagging and product blister sealing. The downstream section adds manual boxing, labeling and outer-carton packaging & palletizing stations. Each unit can be independently controlled or linked across the whole line; equipped with visual inspection and automatic NG rejection, it enables non-stop continuous production during replenishment, completing the full process of switches from component loading, assembly and inspection to blister-packaged finished goods.
