This equipment is an integrated automatic quick-calibration line custom-developed for thermal overload relays (full range 1.6 A–25 A). It is compatible with multiple same-shape materials and supports one-click product-model switching via the touchscreen.

The line integrates manual stations, cold-state adjustment, automatic aging, multi-stage constant-temperature calibration, multi-stage air-cooled cooling, unique-code-per-unit labeling, laser marking, pad printing, reset detection, visual inspection and automatic defective-product rejection across the full process — realizing automated operation of the thermal relay from cold-state adjustment, energized aging, and large/small-step action calibration to marking/engraving and finished-product inspection. Designed cycle time ≥800 units/hour, uptime rate ≥90%; it can interface with existing on-site automatic screw-locking equipment, fits the workshop U-shaped layout, and meets high-volume finished-product calibration requirements.
