Equipment Overview

The VCB front-end assembly automation project achieves automated assembly of the enclosure, main shaft, pole column and Core Drive. The process consists of mounting the base plate, installing the mechanism plate, latch, EP, main shaft and CD, and includes the following operations: loading (both manual and AGV modes), positioning, bolt tightening, grease application, thread-locking adhesive application, blind riveting, unloading, palletizing & storage, AGV transfer, loading onto the moving line, and NG product off-line.
